Nikki
Nikki brings over 17 years’ experience in children’s residential care, beginning her career on the frontline as a Residential Childcare Worker before progressing into Registered Manager and Senior Leadership roles. She is passionate about trauma-informed practice, strong safeguarding and supporting leaders to feel confident, capable and well equipped in their roles. With experience in strategic oversight, quality assurance, governance and service improvement, Nikki supports children’s homes to strengthen practice, achieve positive Ofsted outcomes and create nurturing environments where children can thrive. Nikki holds a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management, a BSc in Psychology and Criminology, further study in Counselling Psychology, and a Foundation Degree in Therapeutic Childcare.

Teyte
Teyte brings over 14 years’ experience in children’s residential care, safeguarding, quality assurance and leadership development, supporting providers to create safe, stable and nurturing environments where children and young people can thrive. As a former Registered Manager, Responsible Individual and Senior Operational Leader, Teyte understands the realities of frontline practice, regulation and service improvement. Calm, credible and therapeutically informed, Teyte combines professional expertise with empathy, honesty and practical insight. Whether supporting safeguarding reviews, Ofsted readiness, compliance monitoring, investigations, leadership mentoring or wider quality improvement, Teyte works alongside organisations to build confident teams, strengthen practice and achieve sustainable, child-centred outcomes.
